There are many problems that managers must be able to solve. The managers must be able to adjust and tackle problems in a timely manner. The following are some of these challenges:

Globalization of Business:

Globalization of business has many benefits, but it can also have a downside. It is an ongoing process that creates more and more opportunities for companies to input their products or services into the global market. With globalization in place, there are boundless possibilities. On one hand, you might create international markets from scratch with new ideas and innovations; on the other hand, companies may exploit these systems by using them for their own benefit without much regard for how this will affect local communities or cultures in developing countries.


Ethics and Social responsibility:

Social responsibility refers to the obligation of people to do good deeds in order to deserve respect and welfare. It is a basic ethical precept that urges individuals not only to act with integrity but also take into account their own interests as well as those of others. The concepts of social responsibility and ethics have been linked throughout history because they are two aspects of one larger policy goal: the promotion and protection of society’s standards, values, and rights.


Workforce diversity:

When companies are flexible enough to offer employees opportunities to work long-term part-time, they are able to create a workforce that is more diverse in terms of gender and ethnicity. This diversity can help companies retain employees who are interested in working part-time and can also help reduce the cost of hiring new workers.


Growth: Companies that grow will generally have a wider customer base, which should provide higher sales and profits. By providing these facilities companies are able to increase sales by providing venues for customers or clients to meet with each other. This is known as social commerce which allows companies like restaurants and cafés to increase

In order to achieve this, the government should make sure that there is no child labour around. In many countries, children are forced to work for long hours in very unsafe conditions. The government should also make sure that there is no child abuse. Child abuse includes any activity that may cause physical or sexual harm or emotional pain and distress to a child. Child abuse can be caused by family members, neighbours, strangers or even people who have contact with the community through their jobs. The government should also create safe play areas where children can play freely without the worry of being hit by cars and trucks.

If a child lives in an environment where they are not healthy then it can affect their health and make them developmental problems such as depression and anxiety disorders in adulthood as well as other disorders such as Autism/Asperger's Syndrome

In the health care sector, the quality of care is directly related to the worker's knowledge, skills, ability and attitude. Therefore, it is important for workers to have a good attitude and skills in order to be able to provide quality services.


The ability of health care workers to perform their tasks depends on their knowledge, skills and attitude. The knowledge required for a health care worker is different from that required by other workers because they work with patients who are often unconscious or unable to communicate. A health care worker must also have excellent communication skills as they must be able to communicate with patients who may not have a complete understanding of what they need. A positive attitude is necessary in order for a health care worker to provide good service because there can be times when a patient may react negatively towards the services provided. Therefore, it is important that the health care workers had good attitudes towards their work and patients so that they can provide quality services.




Innovation and change:


The health care system is in constant change. This is because the medical world has developed and changed over the years. The changes have been made to make the system more efficient and effective. However, these changes have not always been successful as some of them have caused problems within the health care system, while others have not had any effect at all. Therefore, it is important that these changes are implemented properly so that they can be successful and cause no problems within the system.
